Every day I pray the Scriptural Rosary, which is so much richer than any similar work I have found. I hope the Good Lord will use it to bring many souls to love Him more and more – starting with us! I truly believe there is a great need for this resource in the global Body of Christ.

As a long-time devotee of the Rosary, I find the booklets and leaflets on the Scriptural Rosary deeply enriching. The biblical context opens up a new dimension of prayer for me, and the suggested fruits for each mystery offer a meaningful connection to everyday life.

A true enrichment of my prayer life. Unfortunately, I have often found that when I pray the Rosary, I am easily distracted and my thoughts wander anywhere but the particular mysteries. With this way of praying the Rosary, it is completely different: without great effort, one remains mentally present in the prayer, the thoughts no longer drift away, and each “Hail Mary” truly leads to a deepening and a more profound reception of the preceding Scripture verse. Thank you very much for this enrichment!

I am a fan of the Scriptural Rosary, because it makes the recitation of the rosary a lively experience and as contemplative prayer brings the biblical texts to the foreground again. In this way I can really contemplate, I’m more involved and I do not fall into daydreams that easily.

I am absolutely delighted with the Scriptural Rosary. It once again directs our contemplation to what is essential: the grace of receiving grace upon grace and feeling united with our Lord Jesus Christ on a heart level. The Blessed Mother, as the glorious Mother of Mercy, continually guides us a step closer to Christ. Very good. – God obviously wanted the daily rosary prayer to be easier, deeper, more beautiful for me. The Scriptural Rosary is a work of the Holy Spirit, I think, because it gives me more joy in praying the Rosary. I can incorporate the Rosary more fruitfully into my religious life with the help of the Word of God, by contemplating and meditating on it while praying. Our Lady wants us to pray the Rosary every day. With the help of the Scriptural Rosary, I find it much easier. After I visited the Holy Land for the first time a few years ago, I began to pray the Rosary in a completely different way. With each decade, I found myself at the places I had visited and which I now remembered daily in prayer. When I walked in the footsteps of Jesus again this year with our pilgrimage group, the Scriptural Rosary that Father Georg Sallaberger prayed with us opened up yet another dimension—both of prayer and of the places where we were gathered. In the great synagogue of Capernaum or the Nativity Grotto in Bethlehem, out on the shepherds’ fields near Bethlehem, we entered the timeless space of the eternal truth of the Word of God, which Father Georg so beautifully wove into each decade. In this way, Jesus felt tangibly close—in the synagogue and in the grotto of His birth. On the shepherds’ fields, the Word of God in the Rosary prayer connected us to the shepherds out in the fields. These experiences are truly unforgettable and have now become another precious enrichment of my Rosary prayers at home. It is like a double blessing that was bestowed on me through this.

With the Scriptural Rosary I consciously take time for prayer and I confront the truths about Jesus. Through the Hail Mary I let myself be carried through the bible passages. This prayer reminds me of the prayer of psalms, which I like very much. I find the comments on the meditations very appealing. They are especially helpful because they lead me to be close to the mysteries.

I prayed the consolatory rosary before the Blessed Sacrament and was touched very deeply while looking at the scriptures and was able to feel the comforting love of our Lord Jesus very strongly. It was a beautiful experience of the love of Jesus, which I can not explain in words. Thank you, Jesus!

The Scriptural Rosary is a wonderful opportunity for me as a ‘visual thinker’ to delve deeper into the mysteries that are known and prayed in the rosary. I love stories and inner pictures. If then every mystery is ‘illuminated’ with ten written passages, the images that are created will still resonate in my mind for a long time.
You can also use individual mysteries to organize devotional prayers with a specific theme. For example, this year we have designed five May devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary – one each week – with the glorious mysteries of the rosary. The feedback from the participants was very positive. One woman said that the words, which are often mumbled unconsciously, suddenly take on meaning.

exciting. touching. helpful. – Praying the Scriptural Rosary is different for me than prayerfully reading the Holy Scriptures, because being allowed to see Jesus a little through His Mother’s eyes changes one’s perspective and creates a great closeness to Him. When praying the individual mysteries, it is sometimes almost as if I were there, and He looks at me and speaks to me personally in the verses of the Scriptural Rosary out of the situation under consideration. So this prayer is for me in a beautiful, deeply touching way a connection of my life with the life of Jesus. Above all, the special points of contemplation have proved very helpful to me in difficult situations.

Wonderful! The Scripture passages bring the Rosary to life. Thank you for spreading this contemplative form of prayer! With Jesus and Mary, I can now live through all the mysteries more deeply – in sorrow, in joy, in glory. During monotonous tasks (ironing, stuffing envelopes, preparing meals, resting after work, etc.), the audio decades of the Scriptural Rosary are a wonderful help to keep my thoughts with God.
